4/5/2012 New Tagged List and Other Updates
Our system will be down momentarily tonight (Friday, April 5) starting at 8:00 pm PST/ 11:00 pm EST for maintenance to allow for some updates to be added to the system.
The following updates will be full implemented:
1. New Tagged lists from HECA reports. See article about HECA reports in MyCCA.net.
2. Added "wait-list" as an option to the second admissions column in a student record.
3. Added a setting where the application year selected in one session, would be remembered by the system and displayed the next time a subscriber logs in. This puts the class you are working with at your fingertips each time you log into MyCCA.net.3/17/2012

March Release Notes: Student and Counselor Portal Updates
This release contains several frequently asked for features as well as some maintenance fixes to the Advisor Portal and Student Portal.
Enhancements are:
- New Window for Assignments.
- Acceptance Rates added to College Reports & CSQ's.
- Total Undergraduate size added. Data includes number of men, women and total undergraduates.
- Additional College Data added to Student Portal.
- Prospects separated from reports.
Problems Solved
This release includes fixes to a few problems that has surfaced:
- Show on Student Portal Default- Advisors can opt to not show on student portal assignments or appointments.
- Email signature now provided as a default.

New! One Click Student Portal Set Up
College Advisors can now
create student portals directly from a student record. Set up your student and their student portal
account at one time. No more do you send the
student a link to the student portal account, giving them directions on how to
set up the student portal. Create the
student portal for them with the click of a button. Make the process even easier

Friday Feb. 24 mycca.net implemented key updates. Several new features were introduced to the Advisor Portal and

New College Report and Data
Introducing a new look to
the College report. The new collapsible format
accommodates new data categories now available on the advisor portal. New data sections in the College Report are:
-Academic &Social
Experience
-Tuition
-Freshman Acceptance
Transfer and International Student Sections added
Now, Transfer data has been added to mycca.net to broaden the counseling scope
of mycca.net. A complete section for
International students is now included, including a field for Total Aid awarded
to international students.
Expanded Data Section: Financial
Aid
The financial aid section has been expanded.
Now, in addition to the financial aid forms required and the FAFSA and
Profile codes, data on financial awards has been added. This data includes:
-freshman need based and merit award data (actual numbers, rather than
percentages)
-full time undergraduate need based and merit award data
-average need based grants offered to freshman and undergraduate students
-average merit based scholarships offered to freshman and undergraduate
students
-financial aid dates and aid package data
All data is from
Wintergreen Orchard House and will be updated each year.
Assignments, Appointments and Scholarship Enhanced
My Assignments and My
Appointments have been added to the student home page to allow the student to
view recent and upcoming assignments and appointments. The home page of the student portal also
shows a summary of all assignments from the past month and future and upcoming
appointments. Now both the student and
the counselor can add a completion date to assignments. A new field has been
added to allow students or advisors to put a name of a scholarship or comment
along with the scholarship amount on the decisions page.
Document Sharing Usage Gauge
A gauge will be seen at
the top of the counselor display to show how much of the free storage has been
used by the counselor and the students.
Other modifications
Other modifications have been made to make the student and advisor user experience better.

Document Sharing mycca.net style is now Launched
Do you regularly send students and parents information in emails and in attachments? Now you can easily share the same information through a click of your mouse, using document sharing.
Now you can:
- Upload forms, surveys and any other documents you need students to access or complete
- Organize the forms into one list giving you easy access to the forms for any student
- Upload contracts, resumes or any other documents needed into a student’s file
- Enable students to upload forms, transcripts, college pictures or any other documents as needed from the student portal
How
much does it cost?
The first 100 MB of space is INCLUDED in your core or professional plan. Costs for additional document sharing space are calculated at $10.00 per month for additional space.
